Established in 1995, Oahas is an Indigenous AIDS Service Organization that provides information, and culturally safe programs and services to urban and rural (off-reserve) Indigenous people at risk of, living with, and affected by HIV/AIDS and hepatitis C (HCV).
We are the next evolution of the original
Ontario Aboriginal HIV/AIDS Strategy,
​with a vision to build and sustain a wholistic and comprehensive circle of care for Indigenous people and communities affected by
​HIV/AIDS, HCV, and STBBIS.

Our unique services are provided through a network of Community Prevention Workers and STBBI-focused projects located in five urban centres, with leadership and supports from our central team in Barrie.
