LIFE is our most precious gift from Creator. As First Peoples of this land, it is our obligation to protect and cherish that life for the sake of our children, our communities and the future of our People. One of the most important steps that we must take to preserve our lives and the lives of others is to inform ourselves and our communities about the dangers of HIV and AIDS. This disease is perhaps the greatest threat to our efforts to reclaim our place as sovereign peoples and to make our invaluable contributions to the future of humankind. This is my personal plea to you, to be informed and to protect yourself, your loved ones and your communities from HIV and AIDS. Our future is so bright and rich with possibilities....lets be there to see it, together.
